Jenn
Office Manager | Power House
Meet Jenn, the vibrant heart of the office and a true Colorado native, hailing from the charming town of Kremmling. From the moment she could walk, Jenn embraced the great outdoors with infectious enthusiasm—whether it was camping under a blanket of stars, hunting in the crisp mountain air, riding horses or reeling in the big catch during thrilling family fishing escapades. Jenn and her husband, who was the boy next door as a kid, will often be huddled in the stands, passionately cheering on their two favorite red-headed football players (her boys) or pitching a tent wherever they can find a good camping spot.
With a remarkable 23 years of experience in the orthodontic field, Jenn believes she’s found her true calling — one she would not trade for anything in the world. For her, orthodontics is not just a career; it is woven into the very fabric of her being. Since joining the vibrant Patil team in February 2024, Jenn has actively sought new avenues to enhance the practice’s success while fostering a strong sense of community.
Her commitment goes beyond expert orthodontic care; she is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Jenn believes that every smile not only transforms an individual but also strengthens the community as a whole. By implementing creative solutions and collaborating with local organizations, she aims to create a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. Her vision is to not only brighten smiles but also to uplift the community, demonstrating the powerful impact of orthodontics on both personal confidence and social connections.
But that is not all! When she is not busy crafting perfect smiles, Jenn harbors a secret passion: the exhilarating world of rodeo! She dreams of owning a sprawling cattle ranch in Montana, where she can gallop on horseback, wrangle cattle under wide-open skies and live out her cowgirl dream. With her adventurous spirit and zest for life, Jenn certainly knows how to keep things fun, lively and downright unforgettable!

Alex
Treatment Coordinator | Orthodontic Support Coach
Meet Alex, our amazing treatment coordinator hailing from the great state of North Dakota! Five years ago, she and her husband packed up their lives and moved to Colorado, hoping to create a cozy home away from home. Growing up as the only sister to three brothers, Alex learned early on how to handle tough situations — and trust us, she is as tough as nails. You can imagine the resilience required to keep up with that crew! Not to mention, she is a proud supporter of her husband, an American soldier, which adds another layer of strength to her character.
With five years of experience in the orthodontic field, Alex joined the Patil team as our trusted TC in 2023. During your initial visit, you will get to meet her, and believe us, you are in for a treat! Alex is here to answer all your questions and address any concerns you may have, all while flashing her trademark warm smile. She is a walking encyclopedia of orthodontic knowledge, but what truly makes her stand out is her kindness and compassion. You can think of her as our “ortho-counseling coach,” ready to tackle any issue (even if you are just worried about your favorite coffee mug not matching your braces!).
When she is not setting you up for orthodontic success, Alex is dominating the volleyball court. Her high school claim to fame: owning the record for the most blocked shots. You might say blocking is her superpower — next to helping patients, of course! Maybe it is because she is double-jointed and hypermobile — she has got moves that even the best volleyball players envy.
But watch out! With her quick wit and quirky antics, Alex is sure to keep you entertained. She loves cracking jokes and has a knack for turning any serious situation into a lighthearted moment. For instance, she might casually mention that she sleep-talks — because who would not want to hear their deepest thoughts come out during the night? Oh, and do not forget to ask her about being Norwegian; it is a fun conversation starter that often leads down a rabbit hole of funny cultural anecdotes.
In short, Alex is not just your go-to treatment coordinator; she is a remarkable personality who brings joy, laughter and even a little bit of volleyball magic to our practice. Get ready for a fun experience when you meet her!

Andrea
Communication Coordinator | The One-Woman Show
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Andrea decided to swap the neon lights for the stunning Rockies when she moved to Colorado three years ago to support her family of four after her husband’s job transfer. With two adult daughters who radiate the same beauty and charm as their mom, Andrea embraces the joys of life as a proud empty nester. Now, she captures every chance to travel and visit her daughters as they embark on their exciting college adventures, creating cherished memories along the way.
With five years in the orthodontic field, Andrea has been an invaluable member of the Patil team since 2022. Andrea is truly the heartbeat of our practice — her warm smile greets everyone who steps through our doors, and her friendly voice is the first you will hear when you call us. She effortlessly combines professionalism with a personal touch that makes every patient feel like family. Whether it is remembering a patient’s favorite sports team or asking about their last vacation, her genuine interest creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our patients returning with joy.
And let us not forget her fun quirks! Fall is Andrea’s favorite season, and for good reason — she adores beautiful colors, cozy sweaters and crisp evenings. When she is not at work, you can find her cheering passionately for the Colorado Avalanche while donning her team colors. Her superpower does not stop at customer service; she is also our resident spider exterminator, making her a true hero in the office — something we are all incredibly grateful for!
Andrea’s blend of warmth, professionalism and a dash of humor makes her the friendliest face around. With her, every visit feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with a good friend!

Fernanda
Assistant
Fernanda is known as the “big sister” of the office — the one always smiling, laughing, and bringing sunshine into every room she walks into. In fact, when Fernanda is out of the office, the whole team feels it… like someone turned the brightness down just a little bit.
Originally born in Mexico and raised in Colorado for most of her life, Fernanda brings warmth, kindness, and positivity to every patient and coworker she meets. Her laugh is contagious, her sense of humor keeps everyone smiling, and her genuinely caring heart makes people instantly feel comfortable around her.
Outside the office, Fernanda’s greatest role is being a mom to her two amazing kiddos. There is no one more dedicated to raising kind, honest, respectful human beings than she is. Her children are her entire world, and she pours endless love, support, and encouragement into helping them grow into incredible people. If being an amazing mom were an Olympic sport, Fernanda would absolutely be bringing home the gold medal.
While Fernanda enjoys cozy nights at home, she is also always open to an adventure — even if sometimes that adventure is found within the pages of a good book. Around the office, we like to think of her as a modern-day Belle from Beauty and the Beast — always carrying kindness, wisdom, and probably a good book recommendation too. She somehow also manages to stay updated on all the newest movies and trends, usually bringing her kids along for the fun.
Fernanda’s humor, compassion, and beautiful soul make her such a special part of our team. She has a way of making patients feel cared for, coworkers feel appreciated, and every day feel just a little bit brighter. Quite honestly, Patil Orthodontics would not be the same without her sunshine.

Nataly
Assistant
Nataly is known as the “little sister” of the office — always bringing laughter, energy, and good vibes everywhere she goes. Whether she’s joking around with the team or helping patients feel comfortable in the chair, Nataly has a way of making everyone feel right at home.
Originally born in Mexico and raised in Colorado for most of her life, Nataly brings warmth, heart, and personality to our clinic every single day. She may be fun and outgoing, but she also has a calm and gentle side that shines when working with kids who need a little extra patience and attention. Patients quickly learn that behind the laughs is someone who truly cares.
Outside the office, Nataly is the proud mom of the cutest little girl, who keeps her smiling and busy. When she’s not working, you can usually find her at the gym, out exploring, spending time with friends, or finding any excuse to avoid sitting still at home. Nataly is always ready for an adventure, a good time, and anything involving nature, sunshine, or good company.
One thing you should definitely know about Nataly: when she laughs really hard… she snorts. And once you hear it, you’ll probably spend the rest of the day trying to make it happen again. Consider yourself warned.
Her fun personality, caring nature, and contagious energy make her an unforgettable part of our team, and we honestly could not imagine the office without her.

Jessica
Jessica is a true Colorado native and has spent more than 30 years in the orthodontic field — which basically means there is not much about braces she hasn’t seen, fixed, explained, or probably predicted before it even happened. If orthodontics had a survival guide, Jessica could have written it herself.
Known around the office for being direct, honest, and wonderfully “black and white,” Jessica tells it exactly like it is. And no, not like the Black or White song — although she has probably heard that joke a thousand times. What makes Jessica special is that she has a way of explaining things so clearly that not only do you fully understand what she’s teaching… you also know exactly how she feels about it by the end of the conversation. There is no confusion when Jessica is talking, and honestly, patients love her for it.
Outside the office, Jessica’s world revolves around her adult son. To say he is the center of her universe would be an understatement. Her day starts with him, ends with him, and somewhere in the middle she is probably making sure he has eaten enough, slept enough, or survived the day properly. Beneath Jessica’s tough-girl exterior is someone with a huge heart who would do absolutely anything for the people she loves — even if she pretends she is “too tough” to admit it.
Jessica also has a soft spot for animals, especially the ones who need saving. In fact, if there is an abandoned dog within a 20-mile radius, there is a good chance Jessica is already preparing for battle to rescue it. Her home and heart always seem to have room for one more furry friend.
When she is not at the office, you will usually find Jessica spending time with her sister and partner-in-crime, Jennifer — also known as “double trouble.” Jessica claims she does not have hobbies, but somehow watching episodes of Sons of Anarchy, rescuing dogs, filming dangerous adventures, and keeping up with her family’s drag racing legacy sounds suspiciously like several hobbies to us.
Coming from a family raised around drag racing tracks and fast cars, Jessica is a daddy’s girl through and through. Some of her favorite memories are of being at the track with her dad, working on cars, and growing up surrounded by the racing world. Those memories are still a huge part of who she is today.
Whether she is watching her sister do something mildly terrifying while recording the whole thing for evidence, spending time with her son, or helping patients feel comfortable and informed, Jessica brings loyalty, humor, strength, and heart to everything she does. She may act tough, but anyone who knows her understands there is a genuinely caring soul underneath it all — along with probably a few dog treats in her pocket just in case.

Lori
Patient Coordinator
Lori has been rocking the orthodontic world for an impressive 27 years, bringing experience, energy, honesty, and just the right amount of organized chaos to every patient she meets. Born in Oklahoma and relocated to Colorado as a “wee teen,” Lori may live in Colorado now, but her Okie roots still run deep — and loud.
As one of our incredible Patient Coordinators at Patil Orthodontics, Lori is known for being funny, outspoken, and a true straight shooter. If you ask for her opinion, just be prepared… because you’re definitely going to get it. She’s a little bit country, a little bit rock-and-roll, and a full-time concert-loving groupie with enough personality to keep the entire office entertained.
Outside the office, Lori is a proud mom of three and a devoted “Mimi” to many grandkids who completely run the show in her world — and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She loves horses, live music, adventure, family gatherings, and making memories with the people she loves most. While she enjoys a good road trip and a fun time, Lori’s heart never strays too far from her family.
Patients quickly learn that when Lori is around, there is never a dull moment. Whether she’s making everyone laugh or helping calm nervous patients, she brings warmth, heart, and a whole lot of personality to our team.
And if you happen to see Lori around the office, don’t be shy — give her your loudest Oklahoma “Boomer Sooner!” yell. Just know there’s a very good chance she’ll yell it back even louder.
